Shipments and Returns


Stock orders are usually dispatched 1- 2 days,  DHL Standard Tracking and Signature Service charged at $80.00 with delivery within 5-7 working days / DHL Express Tracking and Signature Service charged at $100.00 with delivery 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. 

Shipping fees are DDP to the United States including handling, packing fees, postage costs, they also include Local Import duties and local taxes. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Specialists / Unique Quotes: delivery time quoted is from receipt of order or approval of our drawings where applicable and may be subject to delay beyond our control as we use third parties such as DHL, UPS, to deliver your order. Should your order be delayed while in transit we will communicate this with you via email and or telephone so that we can work with you. Unless agreed to prior to order placement in writing NSX Breaker/ PMSIL cannot be held liable for damages or compensation from orders delayed while on route to you.


The Customer may only return products to NB/PMSIL, and receive a credit or refund and on the following conditions:

    1. The Customer must contact NB/PMSI prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior
      consent of NB/PMSIL and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);
    2. Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery
      documentation). Products must be returned to NB/PMSIL in their original condition and
      packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
      Products must be returned to NB/PMSIL adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid.
    3. The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the NB/PMSIL website or
      with any product regarding its return to NB/PMSIL;
    4. The Customer must quote the invoice details or the NB/PMSIL reference number on the NB/PMSIL
      Customer Returns Form from the original dispatch note, otherwise any credit given for
      the returned products will be based upon the lowest sales price.
    5. For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in
      accordance with (1) - (3) above a handling charge will be applied. This handling charge is
      set out on the NB/PMSIL website.
